At Anchor & Ascent Coaching, we believe that true transformation happens when we surrender our pain and renew our minds through God’s Word. Our founder, Jessica, knows firsthand what it's like to battle depression, anxiety, and the weight of emotional trauma. From a young age, she searched for relief through anything that could numb the pain—until she encountered the only One who could truly set her free: Jesus.
Her journey from surviving to thriving fuels our mission to walk alongside others who feel stuck, lost, or weary—especially those early in their faith or struggling with their identity in Christ. Through biblical truth, mindset renewal, and practical coaching tools rooted in neuroplasticity, we help you reclaim your God-given worth and live from a place of victory.
